Helping Hungry Families with Tunes and BBQ

Great music, great food, and a community coming together for a great cause. For more than a decade, Jim Boyers has helped make that combination a beloved annual tradition at Little Lou’s BBQ in Campbell, bringing people together to support Loaves & Fishes Family Kitchen just in time for Thanksgiving.

What began as a simple idea has grown into a much-anticipated community event celebrating local music, generosity, and the power of neighbors helping neighbors.

Last year, a standing-room-only crowd gathered at Little Lou’s for an evening of live music from over a dozen local musicians. The acoustic showcase brought an uplifting mix of Americana, connection, and heartfelt entertainment, all to support families facing food insecurity in our community.

Behind this special evening is a team of dedicated supporters. Jim, his wife Patti, alongside co-producer Mark Fenichel have poured musical talent and passion for giving back into making this event a success year after year. Little Lou’s owner, Lance Wagner, has also been a steadfast partner, helping ensure proceeds go directly toward supporting our meal programs. Over the years, the concert has raised over $10,000 in a single evening!

This year, your generosity can go even further.

We are thrilled to announce that the Britt George Foundation is providing a significant donation match. Every dollar donated to support the event will be matched, up to $10,000, doubling the impact of our community’s generosity and helping provide more meals to those who need them.

We hope you'll join us for this year's Little Lou’s Benefit Concert & Fundraiser. Enjoy live music and delicious BBQ while making a meaningful difference for local families.
