Individual/Small Group Volunteers

If you have some time to give, we welcome you to our busy kitchen! Your efforts help us keep our costs down and our volume up, which is just what we need to maximize our ability to serve every hungry person who comes to us. We welcome individuals and small groups, one-time, or recurring volunteers!  Families are welcome (minimum age of 10 years). Corporate or other large group? Visit our corporate volunteer page.
 
Opportunities include helping in our kitchen, planting or weeding in our community garden, serving meals from our A La Carte food trucks, delivering meals to homebound adults, and sorting and packing groceries. Most volunteer activities are in San Jose, and all are in Santa Clara County.
