In 2020, the number of meals we provided increased by 300%, from 2,500 to over 7,000 meals a day. We provided 1,054,000 meals in 2020 - double the number of meals we provided in 2019. And we know the numbers are only going to continue to grow. 

In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, we purchased bulk food to match the ever-growing needs. With additional materials, packaging, sanitizing, and service delivery costs - we know we cannot continue to do this alone. We can keep our costs under $2.50 per meal, but we need to increase the number of meals we serve from 1,000,000 to 1,400,000 to continue to feed hungry families, children, seniors, veterans, students, and disabled individuals in the Bay Area.

We don’t want our 1.5 million hungry neighbors going to bed not knowing where their next meal is coming from. We need your support more than ever to move people from hunger to hope!

For the majority of people we serve, ours is the only hot, nutritious, prepared meal they will receive that day. You can help that meal be full of life, love, fuel, health, medicine, and hope.
